Picarella Jr. Since 2004, with the help of his experienced staff, Industrial Construction Services, Inc. now specializes in multiple aspects of General and Industrial Contracting along with Food Processing plant support.  We service across Eastern North Carolina and surrounding areas including the east coast and various locations across the United States. 

We provide services to a wide variety of industries.  Our specialties include industrial plant construction, chemical plant construction, food processing plant construction, textile plants, general manufacturing facilities, and agriculture.  We offer industrial plant maintenance and general plant maintenance contracts.  Our project services range in size from short-term time and material projects to long-term multi-discipline contract projects which encompass a wide spectrum of craft requirements.  Industrial Construction Services, Inc. maintains a permanent staff of project managers and skilled tradesmen.
